How we approach health and safety on client premises.
Draft for review. This page is a starting template. It must be reviewed and completed with TidyCare’s registered legal entity details and confirmed business practices before publication.
Our commitment
TidyCare works on premises occupied by other businesses, their staff and their customers. We take our obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 seriously, both for our own team and for the people who use the spaces we clean.
On site
- Cleaning products are used and stored according to their instructions.
- Wet floors and work areas are signposted while cleaning is in progress.
- Site-specific access, security and induction requirements are followed.
- Hazards we identify on site are reported to the site contact.
Working with your team
Where our work overlaps with your operations, we coordinate with your site contact so responsibilities are clear and both teams can work safely.
Raising a concern
If you have a health and safety concern about work carried out on your premises, contact us and we will address it directly.
